Our last vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Ramona. Velvet smooth which will just continue over time. The body is light which makes it a great pairing for a variety of food.
Our 2021 Zinfandel was cold soaked and pumped over daily. This Zin is smooth and has a slight hint of raisin with caramel undertones from heavy toasted American oak.
