Our 2019 Zinfandel was cold soaked and pumped over daily. This Zin is smooth and has a slight hint of raisin with caramel undertones from heavy toasted American oak.
Our last vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Ramona. Velvet smooth which will just continue over time. The body is light which makes it a great pairing for a variety of food.
